This course requires a learner to have at least foundation level in Sensory and Green Coffee to be able to incorporate and deepen the Roasting skills. This level will provide a more detailed understanding of the roasting process and the different kinds of heat transfer. You will learn to create a roast profile operating temperature, time, drum speed, airflow and other parameters and analyze results from multiple perspective including sensory.
