This course aims to align the student with industry coffee and sensory standards, to acquire the skills required to start identifying and evaluating qualities in specialty coffee, and to accurately measure and describe coffee beverage characteristics. You will build a Sensory Lexicon to describe coffee clearly to others on international language using characteristics as Body, Texture, Flavor, Aftertaste, Acidity, Sweetness, Balance etc.
