This course uses all our experience roasting and consulting clients to summarise the key information that we are most commonly asked. There are so many theories out there but few have had experience on nearly every roaster on the market as well as roasting such a range of coffees (from award winning competition coffees to the basic commercial coffees for supermarkets). In this course we share our knowledge and tricks so that you can become a master of your machine.
We cover Maillard reaction, Caramelisation, Time of each milestone of the roasting process, Temperature, Drum speed, Airflow and how all this relates to the cup profile.
